Appointments

Confirming Appointments
Your appointment is considered confirmed at the time of booking. But as a courtesy, we will still remind you at least 2 days before your appointment thru SMS or call whichever is preferred by you and we expect a confirmation. However, if we didn’t receive a confirmation we will still expect you to arrive for your appointment.

Cancellations
We request that you give us a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will give us the chance to offer your appointment time to other patients in need of emergency or more timely care.

Late cancellation or Failure to arrive to your appointment will incur a cancellation fee.
